Scope of supply:
Assembly of technological part of the compressor station increasing pressure of natural gas by 4 machine sets TAURUS 60- 2 x 5.3 MW and tarus70- 2 x 6.4 MW
Technical parameters:
Machine sets include gas turbines and barrel compressors
Compressors are operated in two stages with possible parallel operation of both sets. Individual stages operate with parameters of suction pressure from 0.9 to 3.5 MPa and the displacement from 2.5 to 6.3 MPa, depending on the mode of operation – Injection or Extraction of gas from the storage.
Supplies included:
- Assembly of machine sets contained intake of combustion and ventilation air blow outs of combustion air including silencers and extinguishing circuit CO2
- Stainless steel gas piping in the engine room for cooling oil incl. air coolers
- Stainless steel gas piping for combustion gas to the turbines and sealing gas for compressors
- Stainless steel piping instrumentation compressed air
- Storage tanks and piping for used oil and condensates from machine sets
- Sprinkler extinguishing system in engine room including foam maker
- Ventilation system in the engine room to the external environment including silencers
- The main power substation 0.4 kV with transmission about 1600 kW including backups between the power sources
- Distributors of secured voltage incl. battery sources
- External underground power cabling using single core cables Al 800 mm2
- Electrical wiring in implementation to exterior for powering the various sets, gas coolers and oil coolers
- Electrical wiring in implementation to exterior for powering valves and piping apparatuses in outdoor piping courtyard. Connection of a new reserve power source 850KWe to the new supply point
- Partial reconstruction of the existing main switchboard of the storages and switchover of it to the new substation
- Cabling and sensors including connection to existing control panels for security systems, electronic extinguishing system, electronic security system and CCTV
